These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and phpruby ("phpruby", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the phpruby website located at phpruby.club, its subdomains, and all associated products and services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating a phpruby account or using the Service in any way, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms in full.

By registering for a phpruby account, accessing the Service, or placing any wager on phpruby, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the phpruby Privacy Policy and any product-specific rules published on the platform (collectively, "the Agreement"). Withdrawals will be processed only to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the registered Account holder. phpruby targets processing of GCash and Maya withdrawals within one (1) hour of approval; bank transfer withdrawals within one (1) business day. Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required. phpruby reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence prior to processing any withdrawal request, including requesting source-of-funds documentation where required by anti-money laundering regulations.
All transactions on phpruby are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). phpruby does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency.

Where an Account is closed for reasons attributable to Player misconduct, phpruby reserves the right to forfeit the Account Balance to the extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phpruby's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the Service shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. phpruby shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity arising from or in connection with the use of the Service. phpruby does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform and shall not be liable for any losses arising from service outages, maintenance periods, or force majeure events.
All content on phpruby — including but not limited to the phpruby brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, and underlying technology — is the exclusive property of phpruby or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the Service may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of phpruby.
phpruby collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating a phpruby Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. phpruby complies with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably through phpruby's customer support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. Players may also escalate unresolved complaints to the relevant regulatory authority overseeing phpruby's operations in the Philippines.
phpruby reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via email to the registered address or via a prominent notice on the phpruby website. Your continued use of phpruby following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the amendments take effect.
